    高家堡煤矿高压注水封孔长度研究

    Study on Sealing Length of High Pressure Water Injection in Gaojiapu Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 钻孔密封工艺是煤层注水顺利开展的一项关键技术,能否达到煤层高压注水所需的压力,关键看封孔效果是否良好。为了解决封孔长度不合理造成钻孔密封失败的问题,对封孔长度进行了理论分析和现场应用。提出胶囊封孔器有效封孔需要同时满足的2个条件,建立了胶囊封孔力学理论模型,对胶囊封孔进行了受力分析,得到了胶囊密封长度的计算方法。研究结果表明,高家堡煤矿202回风巷塑性区宽度为8.95 m,胶囊长度至少8.1 m,封孔长度应大于8.95 m,封孔长度10 m满足钻孔封孔的要求,钻孔密封水压可达38 MPa,封孔效果良好。

       

      Abstract: Borehole sealing technology is a key technology for the successful development of water injection in coal seam. The high pressure required by high pressure water injection in coal seam depends on whether the sealing effect is good or not. To solve the problem of sealing failure of drilling caused by unreasonable sealing length, theoretical analysis and field application of sealing length are carried out. Two conditions for effective sealing of capsule sealing device were proposed, and a theoretical model of capsule sealing mechanics was established. The research results show that the width of the plastic zone of 202 return air lane in Gaojiapu Coal Mine is 8.95 m, the length of the capsule is 8.1 m at least, the sealing length should be greater than 8.95 m, and the sealing length of the hole is 10 m, which meets the requirements of drilling sealing.
