    Influence of Roof Water Spray on Deformation and Failure of Roadway Surrounding Rock and Prevention Measures

    • 摘要: 基于某矿8203工作面5203回风平巷受顶板淋水的影响,致使顶板发生垮落,围岩变形破坏严重,难以实现该巷道的维护。运用理论分析、数值模拟和现场监测等方法,研究分析了巷道顶板在淋水条件下的围岩力学性质、塑性区扩展、巷道围岩应力和位移的变化规律。结果表明,顶板淋水会使围岩强度降低,变形量增加,顶板支护越困难。针对以上支护难题,提出了锚网索联合支护-新型防水锚固剂-注浆法等支护手段,并成功应用于5203回风平巷的维护。

       

      Abstract: Based on the influence of roof water spray on 5203 return air roadway of 8203 working face in a mine, the roof caving occurs and the deformation and failure of surrounding rock is serious, so it is difficult to realize the maintenance of the roadway. In this paper, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and field monitoring are used to study the variation of mechanical properties, plastic zone expansion and surrounding rock stress and displacement of surrounding rock under roof water spray conditions. The results show that the roof water spray will reduce the strength of surrounding rock and increase the deformation, and the roof support will be more difficult. In view of the above support problems, the support method of anchor net and cable combined support-new waterproof anchoring agent-grouting method was proposed, and it was successfully applied to the maintenance of 5203 return air roadway.
