    • 摘要: 基于钻孔密封段典型层状异质结构模型,利用弹性力学及厚壁圆筒理论对钻孔密封段层状异质结构间不协调变形特性进行研究,并对其影响因素及影响尺度进行数值分析。分析结果表明,钻孔密封段异质结构间漏气裂隙主要由界面处径向和切向不协调变形损伤所致,且煤岩自身物理力学性质弹性模量E、泊松比v,围岩应力p,应力传递系数k、接触面摩擦阻力系数f及材料厚度(内外径比τ)等是造成钻孔密封段异质结构间不协调变形的主要因素。

       

      Abstract: Based on the typical layered heterogeneous structure model of the borehole seal segment, this paper studies the uncoordinated deformation characteristics of the layered heterogeneous structure of the borehole seal segment by using elastic mechanics and thick-wall cylinder theory, and the influential factors and the influential scale are numerically analyzed. The analysis results show that the air leakage crack between the heterogeneous structures in the borehole sealing section is mainly caused by the radial and tangential uncoordinated deformation damage at the interface, and the physical and mechanical properties of the coal and rock are E, v, the surrounding rock stress p, and the stress transfer coefficient k, the frictional resistance coefficient f of the contact surface and the material thickness (the inner and outer diameter ratio τ) are the main factors causing the uncoordinated deformation between the heterogeneous structures of the drilled sealing section.
