    • 摘要: 为研究上覆煤层工作面过下伏煤层空巷的难题,基于基安达矿1002工作面突水事故,分析了下伏空巷对上覆煤层开采影响和含下伏空巷煤层开采底板贯通空巷演化过程。结果表明:10号煤层开采后底板破坏深度5.54 m,大于煤层间距5.4 m,下伏空巷对上覆煤层开采有突水威胁;在距空巷0 m应力集中区穿空巷且范围最大,4 m时应力值最大;在过空巷0、4、8 m时空巷左帮、顶板、右帮塑性区依次贯通底板,贯通宽度为2、4、8 m。过空巷8 m时空巷围岩发生大面积破坏此时极易发生突水。

       

      Abstract: To study the problem of overlying coal seam working face passing through empty roadway in underlying coal, based on the accident of floor water inrush from the 1002 face of Ji’anda Coal Mine, the influence of empty roadway in underlying coal on overlying coal mining and evolutionary process of floors passing through the empty roadway was analyzed. The results show that after the mining of 10# coal seam, the depth of damage of the floor is 5.54 m, which is larger than the spacing of coal seams by 5.4 m. The empty roadway in underlying coal threatens the water inrush of the overlying coal seam mining. The stress concentration area penetrates the empty roadway when the overlying coal seam working face is 0 m from the empty roadway, the range reaches the maximum, the stress value is the largest at 4 m; when the working face passing through the empty roadway 0 m, 4 m, 8 m, the plastic zone of the left side, roof and right side of the empty roadway goes through the floor successively, and the penetrating width is 2 m, 4 m and 8 m. At this time, the surrounding rock of the empty roadway is destroyed in a large area, floor water inrush occurs extremely easily.
