    • 摘要: 煤矿企业安全培训是减少员工不安全行为,降低事故发生率的重要手段。为了解决我国煤矿企业安全培训中存在的缺乏培训需求调研,课程设计针对性不强,培训内容理论性过强、不实用,员工积极性不高,培训效果差等部分问题,从煤矿安全培训的重要性、目标和原则、培训方法、培训需求分析、课程设计、效果评估等方面提出实现煤矿企业高效安全培训的对策,为进一步强化安全培训,提高安全培训效果提供依据。

       

      Abstract: Safety training for coal mine enterprises is an important means to reduce unsafe behavior of employees and reduce the incidence of accidents. In order to solve the problems of lack of training demand survey in safety training, weak pertinence of course design, too theoretical and impractical training content, low enthusiasm of employees and poor training effect of coal mine enterprises in China, this paper proposes the countermeasures to realize the efficient safety training in coal mine enterprises from the importance of coal mine safety training, objectives and principles, training methods, training needs analysis, curriculum design, effect evaluation and other aspects, which provides the basis for further strengthening safety training and improving the effect of safety training.
