    Study on Preparation of Wetting Dust Suppressant From Papermaking Waste and Its Properties

    • 摘要: 基于当前市面常用润湿剂结构特点,制备兼具润湿和屏蔽金属离子的新型高效抑尘剂。该研究迎合近年来废物利用的研究热点,利用造纸废料提取木质素进行磺化处理,利用接枝共聚方法进一步改性接枝聚丙烯酰胺支链,加入少量表面活性剂进一步增强润湿效果,最终制备出一种用于喷雾降尘的高分子润湿型抑尘剂。介绍了产物的制备流程并通过傅里叶红外光谱分析了反应进程,设计实验测试了产物的润湿性和耐盐性并对其作用机理进行了分析。研究制备的新型抑尘剂突出的功能特点在于可自发屏蔽金属离子,受井下硬水影响极小,可达到更强的润湿煤尘效果。

       

      Abstract: Based on the structure characteristics of commonly used wetting agents in the market, a new type of high-efficiency dust suppressant was prepared, which could both moisten and shield metal ions. This study caters to the research hotspot of waste utilization in recent years. Lignin extracted from paper waste was sulfonated, grafted polyacrylamide branched chain was further modified by grafting copolymerization, and a small amount of surfactant was added to further enhance the wetting effect. Finally, a kind of macromolecule wetting dust suppressant was prepared. The preparation process of the product was introduced and the reaction process was analyzed by FTIR. The wettability and salt tolerance of the product were tested and its mechanism was analyzed. The new dust suppressant developed in this study is characterized by its self-shielding of metal ions, minimal influence by downhole hard water, and stronger wetting effect of coal dust.
