    • 摘要: 针对谢桥矿1242(3)工作面收作拆除时间超长以及架后留有大量遗煤等特殊情况,从煤层自然发火条件出发,分析了1242(3)工作面收作期间发生遗煤自燃的原因,并根据现场实际情况,采取了喷注LFM隔绝采空区漏风技术、顶板钻孔采空区全覆盖注浆防火技术、上隅角埋管注浆防火技术、注液态CO2以及注氮等综合防灭火技术。实践效果表明,采空区CO体积分数有效地控制在20×10-6,有效地保障了工作面的顺利拆除封闭。

       

      Abstract: In view of the special circumstances of Xieqiao Mine 1242(3) working face, such as the extremely long time taken to dismantle and the large amount of coal left behind after the supporting, based on the spontaneous combustion condition of coal seam, the causes of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in 1242 (3) working face are analyzed. According to the actual situation of the site, the comprehensive fire-fighting technologies, such as the injection of LFM to isolate air leakage in goaf, grouting fire prevention technology for full coverage of goaf in roof drilling, grouting fire prevention technology for upper corner pipe, liquid CO2 injection and nitrogen injection, are adopted. Practical results show that CO volume fraction in goaf is effectively controlled at 20×10-6, effectively ensuring the smooth removal and sealing of working face.
