    Rapid Management Technology of Fire Area of Guoshan Gangue Dump in Gushuyuan Mine

    • 摘要: 为了解决由于矸石山自燃造成的各种各样的环境问题,在火区治理的基础上提出了“钻探评估,由深及浅,由边缘到中心,高温消除,钻孔充填封堵,黄土覆盖防复燃”的矸石山综合治理思路,矸石山自燃火灾主要为矸石遗留煤炭自燃所引起的隐蔽性火灾。通过对古书院矿郭山排矸场的研究发现,郭山排矸场火区存在火区位置隐蔽,漏风通道多,复燃几率大的特点。针对治理区域存在的问题,提出了详细的探测火区、分析火区,治理火区的新技术,经过对郭山排矸场火区为期半年的综合治理,该区域的火势得到了明显的控制。

       

      Abstract: To solve various environmental problems caused by the spontaneous combustion of the gangue dump, on the basis of fire area management, the paper proposes the idea of comprehensive treatment of gangue dump with “drilling evaluation, from deep to shallow, from edge to center, high temperature elimination, drilling filling and plugging, loess covering and preventing reburning”. The spontaneous combustion fire of the gangue dump is mainly the concealed fire caused by the natural coal left by the gangue. Through the research on Guoshan gangue dump of Gushuyuan Mine, it is found that there is a hidden location of the fire zone in the fire area of Guoshan gangue dump, with many air leakage passages and large re-ignition probability, and detailed detection is proposed for the problems existing in the treatment area. In view of the existing problems in the control area, the new technology of detailedly detecting fire area, analyzing fire area and controlling fire area was proposed. After the comprehensive management of the fire area of Guoshan gangue dump for half a year, the fire in this area was obviously controlled.
