    Construction Technology of Grouting Curtain for Overburden Burnt Rock in Waiting Mining Face

    • 摘要: 为了研究张家峁煤矿5-2煤待采工作面上覆4-2煤烧变岩帷幕注浆技术,分析了烧变岩水文地质特征和帷幕工程实施原因,论述了帷幕工程设计,从钻孔施工顺序、浆液流向干扰、注浆方法优化等方面研究了注浆帷幕的建造方法。工程实践表明:待采工作面上覆烧变岩注浆帷幕建造应按照先内排后外排的顺序,采用井上下双位双向综合引流方法,帷幕线上不同烧变岩断面应进行分区注浆。

       

      Abstract: To study the burnt rock curtain grouting technology of overburden 4-2 coal in Zhangjiaomao Coal Mine, the hydro-geological characteristics of burnt rock and the causes of curtain engineering are analyzed, and the design of curtain engineering is discussed, and the sequence of drilling construction is discussed. The construction method of grouting curtain is studied in the aspects of grouting flow interference, grouting method optimization and so on. The engineering practice shows that the grouting curtain construction of overburden burnt rock on the working face should be based on the sequence of the first internal discharge and then the outer drainage, and the method of double position bidirectional comprehensive drainage grouting should be adopted, and the different burnt rock sections on the curtain line should be partitioned grouting.
