    碎软煤层空气复合定向钻进工艺技术

    Air Compound Directional Drilling Technology in Broken Soft Seam

    • 摘要: 针对碎软煤层钻孔施工存在的钻孔深度浅、成孔率低、瓦斯抽采效果差等问题,提出了基于空气螺杆马达施工的空气复合定向钻进工艺技术。从钻速、钻压和供风量等方面分析了空气复合定向钻进工艺参数对钻孔施工的影响。在贵州青龙煤矿开展现场试验,在16#碎软煤层中共完成12个主孔、4个主分支孔施工,200 m以上钻孔成孔率达到94%,300 m以上钻孔成孔率达到75%,最大孔深406 m,并取得了显著的瓦斯抽采效果。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems of shallow borehole depth, low borehole-forming rate and poor gas drainage effect in broken soft coal seam, the air compound directional drilling technology based on air screw motor construction is proposed. From drilling speed, drilling pressure and air supply, the influence of air compound directional drilling parameters on drilling construction is analyzed. The field test was carried out in Qinglong Coal Mine of Guizhou Province, 13 main boreholes and 4 main branch boreholes were completed in 16# broken soft coal seam. The boreholes above 200 m reached 94%, the boreholes above 300 m reached 75%, the maximum borehole depth was 406 m, and remarkable gas drainage effect was achieved.
