    大采高超长工作面复杂空巷综合处理技术

    Comprehensive Treatment Technology of Complex Empty Roadway in Large Height and Ultra-long Mining Face

    • 摘要: 针对成庄矿大采高超长工作面空巷数量多、断面尺寸大、影响范围广的复杂性技术难题,提出了系列化的复杂空巷综合处理措施。在较小断面空巷中采用全部充填方式,在超大断面空巷中采用充填支柱支撑方式,并通过理论分析设计充填支柱的合理强度和让压结构;在煤体应力集中区域采用煤体超前预注浆方式,同时在工作面通过空巷时采取工作面调斜和煤壁补注化学浆液的补充措施,确保工作面煤壁及顶板稳定,减少巷道底鼓及两帮变形,以保证工作面顺利通过空巷。综合处理后,工作面安全顺利通过全部空巷,未出现明显的工作面煤壁片帮现象,空巷顶板及两帮没有明显变形,取得了较好的工程应用效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the complex technical problems of large mining height and super-long working face in Chengzhuang Mine, such as large number of gobs, large section size and wide influence range, a series of comprehensive treatment measures for complex gobs are proposed. Full filling method is adopted in small section gob, backfilling pillar support method is adopted in super large section gob, and reasonable strength and yielding structure of backfilling pillar are designed through theoretical analysis; coal pre-grouting method is adopted in stress concentration area of coal body, and working face inclination adjustment is adopted when working face passes through gob. The supplementary measures of chemical grouting on coal wall ensure the stability of coal wall and roof, reduce floor heave and deformation of both sides of roadway, and ensure the smooth passage of the working face through the roadway. After comprehensive treatment, the working face passes through all the roadways safely and smoothly, and there is no obvious phenomenon of coal wall and side wall in the working face. The roof and two sides of the roadway do not have obvious deformation, and good engineering application effect has been achieved.
