    A Kind of Explosion-proof Infrared Microwave Detector

    • 摘要: 分析了被动红外及微波入侵探测技术原理,提出了一种基于隔爆兼本安防爆形式的防爆红外微波探测器的设计方法,该方法主要将霍尼韦尔DT8035复合智能探测器进行本安处理,并进行相应的本安电源及信号隔离电路设计。所设计的探测器产品能够满足诸如城市地下综合管廊的Ⅱ型爆炸性环境使用。

       

      Abstract: This paper has analyzed principles of passive infrared and microwave detection technology. A design method of explosion-proof infrared microwave detector based on flame-proof and intrinsic safety is proposed. In this method, DT8035 composite intelligent detector designed by Honeywell is transformed into intrinsic safe circuit. And the corresponding circuits are designed, including intrinsic safe electric power and signal isolation circuit. The detector can used in explosive environment, such as underground pipe gallery.
