    YSDC矿用电磁波随钻测量系统及在煤矿井下空气钻进中的应用

    YSDC Mine-used Electromagnetic Wave Measurement While Drilling System and Its Application in Air Drilling for Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对采用通缆钻杆进行数据传输的有缆随钻测量系统和采用钻井液进行数据传输的泥浆脉冲无线随钻测量系统在软煤钻进时易造成塌孔及埋钻等事故的问题,提出采用电磁波随钻测量技术进行软煤空气钻进的解决方案,开发了YSDC矿用电磁波随钻测量系统,并在淮南某矿进行了软煤空气钻进应用。实钻应用结果表明:YSDC矿用电磁波随钻测量系统在整个钻进过程中传输稳定、数据可靠;为软煤钻进提供了新的技术与装备支撑,具有不受通栏钻杆与钻井液束缚的特点,可显著提高顺煤层钻孔深度和钻进效率。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problems of hole collapse and burying drilling caused by cable measurement while drilling (MWD) system using the center cable-type drilling rod for data transmission and mud pulse wireless MWD system using drilling fluid for data transmission in soft coal drilling, the solution of soft coal air drilling using electromagnetic wave MWD technology is proposed, and the YSDC electromagnetic wave MWD system is developed and tested for soft coal air drilling at a coal mine in Huainan. The results show that YSDC electromagnetic wave MWD system is stable and reliable in the whole drilling process. It provides new technology and equipment support for soft coal drilling, and has the characteristics of not being bound by the center cable-type drilling rode and drilling fluid, which can significantly improve the drilling depth and drilling efficiency along the soft coal seam.
