    Study on Transfer Point Closed Self-generating Electric Water Spray System

    • 摘要: 为了解决某选煤厂转载点处由于带式输送机高差大而产生的煤尘积聚、飞扬造成车间环境污染的问题,通过分析转载点产尘特性和产尘原因,研究了一套转载点粉尘治理方案。首先根据带式输送机尺寸以及风机安装位置、角度设计了密闭罩,很好的控制了粉尘逸散的问题;然后对气水喷雾装置进行参数计算、元件选型和现场安装;最后将新型自发电控制装置与喷雾装置进行连接,以控制系统的停车和作业。通过上述改进措施,转载点的呼吸性粉尘和全尘浓度均降明显降低,其中呼吸性粉尘降尘效率可达87.6%。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by coal dust accumulation and flying at the transfer point of the belt conveyor in a coal preparation plant, a dust control scheme for the transfer point was studied by analyzing the characteristics and causes of dust production at the transfer point. Firstly, the airtight cover is designed according to the size of belt conveyor and the installation position of blower. The problem of dust escape is well controlled. Then the parameters calculation, component selection and field installation of air-water spraying device are carried out. Finally, the new self-generating control device is connected with spraying device to control the shutdown and operation of the system. The respirable dust and the whole dust concentration at the reloading point were obviously reduced, and the dust reduction efficiency of respirable dust was 87.6%.
