    Advanced Detection System for Mine Rescue

    • 摘要: 为了满足救援人员在矿山救援过程中对微光或无光巷道环境超前侦测的实际需求,保障救援人员的生命安全,研制了一套矿山救援超前侦测系统;重点针对充气发射装置、环境参数检测探头、接收仪等系统关键部件进行了研究分析;基于气压及空气动力学原理分析了环境参数检测探头发射过程,确定了在矿山巷道受限空间的最佳发射策略;针对该系统样机在煤矿巷道试验基地内进行了实际试验测试,结果表明:环境参数检测探头发射距离大于50 m且无损坏,传感器组检测响应时间达标,接收仪通讯及数据接收正常,可为救援人员提供环境信息,为救援指导提供决策依据。

       

      Abstract: In order to satisfy the actual needs of workers for the advanced detection of the roadway environment and to ensure the life safety of rescuers, a set of advanced detection system for mine rescue is developed. The paper studied and analyzed the key components of the system, such as gas-filled launcher, environmental parameter detection probe and receiver. The optimum launch strategy is determined in the restricted space of mine roadway by the analysis of the environmental parameter detection probe emission process based on air pressure and aerodynamics, and the actual test of the system is carried out in the coal mine roadway test site. The results showed that, the distance of the environmental parameter detection probe is greater than 50 m and there is no damage, the response time of sensor group is up to standard, the communication and data reception of receiver are normal. It can provide the environmental information for the rescue workers and decision-making basis for rescue guidance.
