    • 摘要: 全断面掘进设备已经广泛应用于各种隧洞挖掘工程中,煤矿掘进行业也逐步开始采用这种技术。介绍了其他非煤行业的主要全断面岩石掘进机的组成结构,同时分析了煤矿井下掘进地质环境的特点,论证了煤矿使用全断面掘进技术的可行性,并且结合煤矿安全生产要求,提出了煤矿用全断面巷道掘进机在设计生产过程中需要注意的一些关键点,为传统全断面掘进技术如何合理应用在煤矿生产中提供了一些参考建议,也为行业的各种相关标准、规程、认证准则的推陈出新提供了技术依据。

       

      Abstract: Full-face tunneling machine has been widely used in various tunnel excavation projects, and this technology has gradually been adopted in coal mine excavation industry. This paper introduces the composition and structure of the main full-face rock roadheaders in other non-coal industries, analyzes the characteristics of the geological environment of underground mining, demonstrates the feasibility of using full-face rock road heading technology in coal mines, and proposes some key points needing attention in the design and production process of full-face rock roadheaders for coal mines in accordance with the requirements of coal mine safety production, which are traditional full-face rock roadheaders. How to rationally apply cross-section tunneling technology in coal mine production provides some reference suggestions, and also provides technical basis for the introduction of various related standards, regulations and certification standards in the industry.
