    Drainage Control System Platform of Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine Based on Wireless Network Bridge

    • 摘要: 结合平朔东露天矿现场情况,通过对比选择无线网桥通讯方式建立平朔东露天矿排水控制系统平台;利用稳定精度高的液位传感器和工艺级无线控制器采集水泵状态数据并智能控制水泵启停,建立了系统数据库,实现了远程智能控制无人值守、实时监测、历史数据查询、故障报警等功能。基于无线网桥的平朔东露天矿排水控制系统平台成为了智慧矿山系统中一个露天矿生产辅助智慧系统。

       

      Abstract: Based on the field situation of Pingshuo East Open Pit Mine, the drainage control system platform of Pingshuo East Open Pit Mine is established by comparing and choosing wireless bridge communication mode; the system database is established by using the steady and high precision liquid level sensor and process level wireless controller to collect the pump state data and intelligently control the start and stop of the pump so as to realize remote unattended intelligent control, real-time monitoring, historical data query, fault alarm and other functions. The drainage control system platform of Pingshuo East Open-pit Mine based on wireless network bridge has become an intelligent system for open-pit mine production.
