    高强全锚注支护结构性能与工艺技术应用

    Performance and Technology Application of High Strength Full Bolting andGrouting Support Structure

    • 摘要: 针对高应力、软岩、动压、裂隙节理破碎岩体及其复合型困难条件巷道围岩非连续、非协调大变形控制难题,采用理论分析、室内支护材料力学实验、现场试验的综合研究方法,进行了高强中空注浆锚杆、高强中空注浆锚索结构分析、性能测试及工艺技术应用探索,提出了复杂困难条件巷道高强全锚注一体化控制理念,即通过采用高强中空注浆锚索/锚杆及高强护表构件全锚注支护,最终形成巷道围岩“协同强力护表、叠加内拱、深外拱”多层次、梯次强化支承结构;在平煤一矿回风上山进行了全方位高强耦合控制试验,长期矿压观测表明巷道围岩得到有效控制,真正实现了锚杆索锚注一体化、全长锚固及围岩提质增强。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of discontinuous and inconsistent large deformation control of roadway surrounding rock under high stress, soft rock, dynamic pressure, cracked joints and complex difficult conditions, the high strength hollow grouting anchor bolt and high strength hollow grouting anchor cable were carried out by using the comprehensive research methods of theoretical analysis, indoor support material mechanics test and field test. Through structure analysis, performance experiment and technological application exploration, we proposed the idea of integrated control of high-strength bolting and grouting in roadways under complex and difficult conditions, i.e. through the use of high-strength hollow grouting anchor cable/bolt and high-strength surface protection components with full bolting and grouting support, the surrounding rock of roadways has finally formed a multi-level of “synergistic strong surface protection, superimposed internal arch, deep external arch”. The supporting structure is strengthened step by step, and the omni-directional high strength coupling control test is carried out in the return air of No. 1 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mine.
