    • 摘要: 针对坪上煤业地面瓦斯抽采泵站本煤层和采空区抽采系统能力不足的现状,分析现有抽采系统中存在管路流速超限、孔口末端负压能力不足等实际问题,开展对高低负压系统的系统改造和升级工作。采用更换大管径、增设新管道井等措施,在不更新大功率抽采泵的前提下,极大减小了矿井的抽放阻力,抽采系统能力大幅度提高。

       

      Abstract: In view of the insufficient capacity of the drainage system of the coal seam and goaf in the surface gas pumping station of Pingshang Coal Mine, it is analyzed that the practical problems such as the excess velocity of pipeline and the insufficient negative pressure capacity at the end of the port in drainage system, system transformation and upgrading of high and low pressure systems have been carried out, such as replacing large diameter pipes and installing new pipe wells, etc. The drainage resistance of the mine has been greatly reduced, and the capacity of the drainage system has been greatly improved, under the premise of not updating the high power pumping pump.
