    • 摘要: 为解决碎软低渗煤层掘进工作面瓦斯治理难题,采用数值模拟和现场工业性试验的方法对割缝卸压致裂技术的作用原理以及在碎软低渗煤层的适用性进行了研究。数值模拟表明:水力割缝使缝槽周围的煤岩体卸压,应力转移,消除了应力集中区,有利于煤层卸压增透;现场试验结果表明:割缝深度、宽度分别可达850、43 mm,割缝卸压钻孔的抽采浓度、纯量分别提高至普通钻孔的6.7、10.1倍,割缝卸压致裂后煤体的突出危险性大幅降低约52.71%,水平割缝钻孔与垂直割缝钻孔相间布置的方式能够保证主裂缝的稳定保持。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of gas control in the broken soft and low permeability coal seam face, this paper used numerical simulation and on-site industrial test method to study the principle of squeezing pressure cracking technology and the applicability of the soft and low permeability coal seam. The numerical simulation shows that the hydraulic tapping pressure relieves the stress of the coal seam, and the coal rock mass around the slot shows different degrees of pressure relief in different orientations centering on the slot. The soft coal seam is broken and no significant stress concentration occurs, which is conducive to coal seam pressure relief. The field test results show that the depth and width of the slotting can reach 850 mm and 43 mm respectively, and the extraction concentration and sizing amount of the squeezing pressure relief hole are increased to 6.7 and 10.1 times of the ordinary drilling hole respectively. The outstanding danger of the body is greatly reduced by about 52.71%. The horizontal grooving hole and the vertical grooving hole are arranged in a phase to ensure the stable maintenance of the main crack.
