    • 摘要: 隐患排查治理是预防事故发生的重要手段之一,为了建立煤矿维修作业现场隐患排查标准,基于JHA与FMEA分别对煤矿设备维修作业活动和维修作业中使用的工具和设备进行分析,得出系统全面的安全风险与危险源信息,并结合企业现有控制手段、法律法规、相关标准、企业成熟经验等信息形成安全风险、危险源及控制措施信息库。基于信息库分别生成设备维修作业活动和使用工具(设备)隐患排查标准。

       

      Abstract: Accident potential investigation is one of the important methods for accident prevention. To establishing standard of accident potential investigation in service performance sites for coal mining equipment, both of the service performance activities of coal mining equipment, instruments and equipment used in activities were analyzed respectively to get the systemic-overall safety risks and the information of hazard on the basis of JHA and FMEA, and the information database of safety risks, hazard and control methods is formed combining with the existing control methods in enterprises, mature experience, related standards, laws and regulations. Based on the information database, standards of accident potential investigation of service performance activities and tools used in the activity were established severally.
