    矿井救援用水力切割工艺参数优化试验

    Optimization Test of Hydraulic Cutting Process Parameters for Mine Rescue

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿危险环境以及矿井事故救援中切割作业难度大、操作繁琐以及效率低等问题,设计了一款井下切割装置,并对井下设备的钢板、锚杆、密闭墙进行了切割试验,得到了不同的切割工艺参数,并对切割工艺参数的结果进行了优化。结果如下:切割钢板的压力为40 MPa,喷嘴的移动速度为80 mm/min,靶距为10 mm,磨料流量为3.2 kg/min;切割锚杆的压力为35 MPa,移动速度为90 mm/min,靶距为8 mm;切割密闭墙的压力为44 MPa,移动速度为105 mm/min。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the dangerous environment of coal mine and the difficult cutting operation, complicated operation and low efficiency in mine accident rescue, a downhole cutting device is designed, and cutting tests are carried out on steel plate, bolt and closed wall of downhole equipment, different cutting process parameters are obtained, and the results of cutting process parameters are optimized. The results were as follows: the pressure of cutting steel plate was 40 MPa, the moving speed of the nozzle was 80 mm/min, the target distance was 10 mm, and the abrasive flow rate was 3.2 kg/min. The cutting bolt has a pressure of 35 MPa, a moving speed of 90 mm/min, and a target distance of 8 mm. The pressure of the cutting wall was 44 MPa, and the moving speed was 105 mm/min.
