    • 摘要: 通过单因素试验研究变质程度、含水量和粒径对煤样瓦斯放散速率的影响,然后进一步通过正交试验结合方差分析研究3种因素对煤样瓦斯放散速率影响的显著性。试验结果表明,煤的瓦斯放散速率随着煤样的变质程度的增加而增大,随着煤样含水量的增加而降低,随着粒径的减小而增大;通过曲线拟合得出瓦斯放散速率与煤样变质程度近似呈对数函数关系,与浸泡时间近似呈二次函数关系,与粒径近似呈幂函数关系;正交试验数据经方差分析得出3种因素对煤样瓦斯放散速率的影响程度由大到小依次是:变质程度、含水量、粒径。

       

      Abstract: In this experiment, the effects of metamorphic degree, water content and particle size on the gas discharge rate of coal samples were studied by single factor experiment. Then the orthogonal test and variance analysis were used to study the significance of the influence of three factors on the gas discharge rate of coal samples. The test results show that the gas emission rate of coal increases with the degree of metamorphism of coal sample, decreases with the increase of water content of coal sample, and increases with the decrease of particle size. The gas discharge rate is approximately logarithmically related to the degree of coal sample metamorphism, and is approximately quadratic with the immersion time, and is approximately a power function relationship with the particle size. The orthogonal test data is analyzed by variance analysis to obtain three factors for coal sample gas. The degree of influence of the release rate from large to small is: degree of deterioration, water content and particle size.
