    Development and Application of a New Composite Sealing Material

    • 摘要: 利用煤岩钻屑为原料,配以黏结剂、促凝剂、膨胀剂制备1种复合封孔材料,并采用4因素3水平正交实验的方法共设计了9组不同配比的实验组合,以流动度、抗压强度和膨胀率为指标对材料不同组分之间的相互影响机制进行研究,最终得到了复合封孔材料的最优配比,并利用电镜扫描的方法分析复合材料与煤壁结合情况。在夏店煤矿开展现场试验,结果表明:相对于矿方原有水泥砂浆封孔材料方式,采用复合封孔材料进行封孔能够显著提高钻孔瓦斯抽采效果,钻孔平均瓦斯浓度由原来的22.2%提高至36.5%,达到了瓦斯利用的标准。

       

      Abstract: A new composite sealing material was prepared by taking coal-rock cuttings as base material, and supplemented by some other additives, such as binder, accelerating and expansive agent. The orthogonal design of four factors and three levels were used to design nine groups of different proportioning experiments, and the interaction mechanism among different components was studied with fluidity, compressive strength and expansion rate as indicators. Finally, the optimum ratio of composite sealing material, was obtained. And the combination effect of composite material and coal wall was also analyzed by SEM method. Then the field test was carried out at Xiadian Coal Mine, the results showed that the composite sealing material can significantly improve the gas drainage effect compared with the traditional cement mortar sealing method, the average gas concentration of drainage borehole increased from 22.2% to 36.5%, which reached the standard of gas utilization.
