    • 摘要: 为了解决特厚煤层综放沿空掘巷小煤柱宽度确定的难题,以同忻矿8305综放工作面为研究背景,根据岩层移动理论,利用岩层三角形滑移区运动特征,分析了采空区稳定前后侧向支撑压力的分布规律,得出三角滑移区内岩体的质量在破断前后作用在煤柱上方的压力降低是侧向支撑应力减小的根本所在。同时,应用理论分析和数值模拟等方法得出采空区稳定后应力降低区宽度为17~21 m。从而将特厚煤层综放沿空掘巷小煤柱最大宽度确定为11.5 m,并利用矿压观测的手段进行了现场验证。研究表明,巷道变形量小,小煤柱留设较合理,小煤柱最大宽度11.5 m能满足工作面安全生产需要,同时提高了煤炭回收率。

       

      Abstract: To solve the difficult problem of determining the width of small coal pillar in gob-side roadway of fully-mechanized caving in extra-thick coal seam, taking 8305 fully-mechanized caving face of Tongxin Coal Mine as the research background, according to the theory of stratum movement, using the movement characteristics of stratum in triangle slip area, the distribution law of lateral support pressure before and after gob stability is analyzed, and the rock mass breakage in triangle area is obtained. The reduction of the force on the small coal pillar before and after the fracture is the fundamental reason for the decrease of lateral support pressure. At the same time, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to obtain that the width of stress reduction zone is 17 m to 21 m after the goaf is stable. The maximum width of small coal pillar in gob-side roadway of fully mechanized top-coal caving in extra-thick seam is determined to be 11.5 m, and the field test is carried out by means of rock pressure observation. The results show that the deformation of roadway is small, the setting of small coal pillar is reasonable, the maximum width of small coal pillar is 11.5 m, which can meet the needs of safety production in working face, and the coal recovery rate is increased.
