    • 摘要: 针对济宁二号井10301综放工作面复杂地质情况,从煤自然发火条件出发,分析了10301综放工作面末采撤架期间采空区、两巷发生遗煤自燃的原因。根据该工作面的实际情况和防火技术特点,提出了“深部控氧,浅部控温,减氧抑温”的防火总思路,制定了轨、运两端头铺设风筒布、注水玻璃胶体材料、注氮、注液态二氧化碳等防火技术。实践证明,该套技术措施有效保障了10301工作面支架的安全回收。

       

      Abstract: According to the complex geological conditions of 10301 fully mechanized caving face in Jining No. 2 well, starting from the spontaneous combustion conditions of coal, the reasons for the spontaneous combustion of the goaf and two roadways during the end of the 10301 fully mechanized caving are analyzed. According to the actual situation of the working face and the characteristics of fire prevention technology, the general idea of “deep oxygen control, shallow temperature control, oxygen reduction and temperature suppression” was proposed. Fire prevention technologies of rail, transport two ends laying duct cloth, water glass colloid materials injection, nitrogen injection, liquid carbon dioxide injection and other fire technologies were developed. It has been proved that this set of technical measures can effectively ensure the safe recovery of the supports of the 10301 working face.
