    Composite Directional Drilling Technology for Wireless Measurement While Drilling in Roof Complex Rock Formations

    • 摘要: 针对以往顶板复杂岩层中施工定向钻孔时存在钻进效率低、排渣效果差、易发生钻孔事故的不足,开发了基于螺旋钻杆的无线随钻测量复合定向钻进技术,选配了适用钻进装备;在淮南顾桥矿进行了现场试验,试验最大钻孔深度530 m,累计钻孔进尺1 673 m,成孔率达到100%,排渣效果提高2倍以上。试验结果表明:泥浆脉冲无线随钻测量系统工作性能稳定、测量数据准确,复合定向钻进技术钻进效率高、钻进能力强,螺旋钻杆复合排渣效果好、钻孔清洁度高;有效提高了复杂岩层钻孔成孔率、成孔效率和钻进安全性。

       

      Abstract: In view of the shortcomings of low drilling efficiency, poor slag discharge effect and easy occurrence of drilling accidents in the construction of directional drilling in complex roof strata in the past, the technology of wireless while drilling combined directional drilling based on screw drill pipe was developed, and suitable drilling equipment was selected. Field tests were carried out in Huainan Guqiao Mine. The maximum drilling depth was 530 m and the cumulative drilling footage was 1 673 m, the pore-forming rate is 100%, and the slag-discharging effect is increased by more than two times. The test results show that the mud pulse wireless MWD system has stable performance, accurate measurement data, high drilling efficiency and drilling ability, good composite slag removal effect of screw drill pipe and high drilling cleanliness, and effectively improves drilling rate, drilling efficiency and drilling safety in complex rock strata.
