    Design of Temperature Monitoring System for Low-voltage Distribution Cabinet for Mine

    • 摘要: 在分析射频无线通讯技术的基础上,介绍了Pt100温度传感器的测温原理、温度与电阻转换公式及433 MHz无线模块,利用PLC和433 MHz无线通讯技术设计矿用低压配电柜温度监测系统,实现矿用低压配电柜温度监测和故障报警。

       

      Abstract: Based on the analysis of radio frequency wireless communication technology, this paper introduces the temperature measuring principle of Pt100 temperature sensor, the formula of temperature and resistance conversion and the 433 MHz wireless module. PLC and 433 MHz wireless communication technology is used to design the temperature monitoring system of low-voltage distribution cabinet for mine to realize the temperature monitoring and fault alarm of low-voltage distribution cabinet for mine.
