    Design and Application of Foam Gel Preparation System

    • 摘要: 构建了泡沫凝胶制备系统,其关键设备包括发泡成胶装置、双液注浆泵和稳流器。确定了泡沫凝胶的制备工艺,利用双液注浆泵将发泡剂加入水中形成混合液后,利用发泡成胶装置发泡,形成的泡沫与加入的胶凝剂混合发生胶凝反应,形成泡沫凝胶,其中双液注浆泵的工作压力为0.4 MPa,流量为100 L/min。泡沫凝胶防灭火试验表明泡沫凝胶能够快速灭火,且能够防止火灾复燃。

       

      Abstract: The foam-gel preparation system is constructed, and the key equipment includes foam-forming device, double-liquid grouting pump and flow stabilizer. The preparation process of foam gel was determined. After adding foaming agent to water to form the mixed liquid with the dual-liquid grouting pump, the foaming device was used to foam. The formed foam and the added gelling agent mix and gelling reaction occurs to form the foam gel. The working pressure of the double-liquid grouting pump is 0.4 MPa and the flow rate is 100 L/min. Anti-fire test shows that foam gel can quickly extinguish fire and prevent fire from re-burning.
