    Realization of the Whole System Intelligent Control at Fully-Mechanized Coal Mining Face in Zhengli Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对正利煤业14-1104工作面进行全系统智能化控制研究;全系统智能化控制系统由液压支架、超前支架、端头支架、采煤机、刮扳机、带式输送机、转载机、破碎机、乳化泵、集控中心自动化控制系统、电液控制系统、地面设备以及开关组成,给出了具体设计方案,实现了采煤工作面的全系统智能化运行。

       

      Abstract: This paper studied the whole system intelligent control of 14-1104 fully-mechanized coal mining face of Zhengli Coal Industry. The system consisted of hydraulic roof supports, advance supports, end supports, shearers, scraper chain conveyors, belt conveyors, loaders, crushers, emulsion pumps, the centralized control center of automation control system, the electro-hydraulic control system, ground equipment and switches. This paper has given a specific design, and the whole system intelligent operation of the fully-mechanized coal mining face was realized.
