    鹤壁九矿带式输送机集控系统设计

    Design of Belt Conveyor Monitoring System in Hebi No.9 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对鹤壁九矿的生产技术条件,提出了一种基于iFIX的带式输送机集控系统设计。系统选用iFIX 5.5作为监控软件,以动画连接、流程控制、记录查询、报表打印和历史曲线等多种方式完成对带式输送机运行工况的分析处理。应用结果表明:该带式输送机集控系统满足了生产的需求,并且运行安全稳定。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the production technology condition of Hebi No.9 Coal Mine, the belt conveyor monitoring system was designed. iFIX 5.5 is selected as the monitoring software to complete the collection and processing of belt conveyor operation data through animation connection, process control, record query, report printing and history curve. The results show that this belt conveyor monitoring system meets the production requirements, and the operation is safe and stable.
