    Application Situation and Development Trend of Underground Vehicular Fire-extinguishing System

    • 摘要: 分析了目前煤矿井下防爆车辆车载灭火系统的应用现状。对传统的手动灭火系统结构组成及动作机理进行了阐释;重点介绍了2种先进的井下车载自动灭火系统,分析了其适用性、可靠性、灭火能力等方面的特点;并概述了熔断式火源探测器、感温电缆、红紫外双波段火焰探测器和灭火剂等关键元部件及材料的前沿技术。展望了井下车载灭火系统的发展方向,指出了提升自动灭火系统火源探测器的响应准确性、及时性、可靠性及免维护性是研究的重点。

       

      Abstract: The application of the underground vehicular fire-extinguishing system is reviewed. The structural composition and working principle of the traditional manual fire-extinguishing system is summarized. Furthermore, two advanced types of automatic underground vehicular fire-extinguishing systems are introduced, including their applicability, reliability, and extinguishing ability, etc. In addition, the front technology of several critical elements and materials of the fire-extinguishing system are summarized, such as the fusing type fire source detector, temperature sensing cable, double-wave flame detector for infrared and ultraviolet, and fire-extinguishing agent. Finally, the prospects of the possible developments in the future are pointed out. The research should focus on the improvement of the response accuracy, promptness, reliability, and maintainability-free of fire source detector of automatic underground vehicular fire-extinguishing system.
