    矿用钻杆中声波通信技术研究

    Research on Acoustic Communication Technology in Mine-used Drill Pipe

    • 摘要: 针对现有几种煤矿井下随钻测量数据传输方式在实际应用中的局限性,提出利用钻杆中传播的声波,实现数据传输,以弥补现有随钻数据传输方式的不足。通过对钻杆柱中声波传播特性的数学分析及试验测试,验证了钻杆柱中声波信号的衰减及适应频率;基于换能器的研究设计了满足煤矿井下工况条件的声波信号源;通过随钻测量数据传输试验,验证了声波在钻杆柱中传输数据的通信效果,证明矿用钻杆中通过声波传输随钻测量数据的可行性。

       

      Abstract: In view of the limitations of the existing data transmission modes of underground measurement while drilling in coal mines, this paper proposes the technology of using sound wave propagated in the drill pipe to realize data acoustic transmission in the drill pipe, so as to make up for the shortcomings of the existing data transmission modes. The attenuation and adaptive frequency of the signal in the drill string are verified by mathematical analysis and test of the propagation characteristics of sound wave in the drill string; the acoustic signal source which meets the working condition of underground coal mine is designed through the research of transducer; the communication effect of sound wave transmitting data in the drill string is verified by data transmission test while drilling, and the number of measurements while drilling in underground coal mine proved the feasibility of acoustic transmission.
