    Optimization of Main Drainage Monitoring System in Nanliang Mine Based on Jet Control

    • 摘要: 基于射流控制的矿井主排水监控系统,其管路及阀门设备长时间运行存在射流管路漏气、射流供水压力不稳定等现象;针对矿井主排水监控系统射流控制程序处理这种状态的不稳定性及不可靠性,提出一种优化方法。南梁矿实际应用表明射流优化控制方法程序能稳定、可靠的适应射流装置的不稳定变化状态,提高了水泵运行效率和安全性。

       

      Abstract: The main drainage monitoring system of mine based on jet control has some phenomena such as leakage of jet pipeline and unstable pressure of jet water supply when its pipeline and valve equipment run for a long time. Aiming at the instability and unreliability of jet control program in mine main drainage monitoring system, an optimization method is proposed. The practical application shows that the program of the jet optimization control method can be stable and reliable to adapt to the unstable changing state of the jet device, and improve the efficiency and safety of the pump operation.
