    Application of Frequency Inverter System in Electric Haulage Shearer

    • 摘要: 以同煤浙能麻家梁煤业有限责任公司14204综放采煤工作面所采用的采煤机为例,对其变频器系统电源设计和控制部分设计进行分析,阐明了变频器的各项保护功能。在自动化采煤方式下,采煤机牵引速度可根据刮板输送机负荷自动进行调整。通过对该采煤机的使用,降低了工作人员的劳动强度,提高了工作效率。

       

      Abstract: Taking the shearer used in 14204 working face of Tongmei Zheneng Majialiang Coal Industry Company as an example, the power supplying design and controlling part design of the inverter system are analyzed, and some protection functions of the inverter system are expounded. In the automatic mode of coal mining, the haulage speed of shearer can be adjusted automatically according to the load of scraper conveyor. With the using of this shearer, the labor intensity of the staff is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
