    Application of Integrated Pressure Relief and Permeability Improvement Technology in Coal Seam Gas Control

    • 摘要: 通过对水力冲孔和水力压裂技术的分析,集成2种水力化措施的优点,研究了冲压一体化卸压增透技术原理,介绍了技术的适用条件,并进行了现场工业性试验。现场工业性试验结果表明:冲压一体化卸压增透技术能够有效的提高钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度和抽采纯量,进而缩短煤层瓦斯抽采达标时间,能够为煤矿安全高效生产提供重要的技术支撑作用。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis of hydraulic flushing and hydraulic fracturing technology, the advantages of two hydraulic measures were integrated, the principle of pressure relief and permeability improvement technology of the integration of hydraulic flushing and hydraulic fracturing was studied, the applicable conditions of technology were introduced, field industrial tests were carried out. Field industrial test results shows that: the technology of the integration of hydraulic flushing and hydraulic fracturing can effectively improve gas extraction concentration and purity quantity of gas extraction, and then shorten the time of meeting the standard of gas extraction in coal seam, it can also provide important technical support for safe and efficient production of coal mine.
