    淮南复杂顶板高位孔强造斜定向钻进技术实践

    Directional Drilling Technology of Strong Deflection of High-level Borehole in Complicated Stratum of Roof in Huainan Mining Area

    • 摘要: 针对淮南矿区顶板复杂地层条件下高位定向钻孔爬升孔段无效进尺长、成孔难度大的问题,提出了基于1.75°螺杆钻具的强造斜定向钻进技术,造斜能力达到现有1.25°螺杆钻具的2倍,有效缩短了复杂孔段长度、降低了成孔风险,钻孔有效进尺提高5.4%以上,并成功解决了下分层高位定向钻孔成孔难题。利用该项技术成功实施完成14个顶板高位定向钻孔,为淮南及类似地质条件矿区实现“以孔代巷”做出了重要贡献。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the difficulties that invalid drilling footage was too long and the pore-forming was difficult in the climbing borehole section of high-level directional borehole in complicated stratum of the roof in Huainan Mining Area, the directional drilling technology of strong deflection based on PDM drill with corner piece of 1.75°. The deflection ability of the PDM drill with corner piece of 1.75° was two times of the existing PDM drill with corner piece of 1.25°. It effectively shortened the length of the complicated borehole section, reduced the risk of pore-forming, improved the effective drilling footage by more than 5.4 % and successfully solved the pore-forming difficult of lower stratum. With this technology, 14 high-level directional boreholes in the roof were carried out successfully. It had made an important contribution to the realization of “replacing the roadway with boreholes” in Huainan and similar geological conditions mining areas.
