    Influence of Different Expansive Agents on Performance of Composite Cement Sealing Material

    • 摘要: 为了研究不同膨胀剂对复合水泥封孔材料性能的影响,通过实验对比分析了不同比例钠基膨润土、铝粉掺入量对试样极限抗压强度、膨胀率、渗透率的影响。结果表明:钠基膨润土比例的增加显著降低了试样的极限抗压强度,铝粉比例的增加对试样强度影响不明显;随着不同膨胀剂比例的增加,试样的膨胀率均提升3倍以上;试样渗透率与进出口气体平均压力的倒数之间存在良好的线性关系,随着膨胀剂比例的增加,材料的渗透率均呈现先减小后增大的规律。

       

      Abstract: To study the effects of different expansive agents on the properties of composite cement sealing materials, the effects of different proportions of sodium bentonite and aluminum powder on the compressive strength, expansion rate and permeability of the sample were analyzed by experiments. The results showed that: the increase of sodium bentonite ratio significantly reduces the ultimate compressive strength of the sample, and the increase of aluminum powder has no obvious influence on the sample strength; with the increase of the ratio of different expansive agents, the expansion rate of the sample increased by more than three times; there is a good linear relationship between the permeability of the sample and the reciprocal of the mean pressure of the inlet and outlet gas. With the increase of the expansion agent ratio, the permeability of the material decreases first and then increases.
