    • 摘要: 采煤工作面采空区漏风是导致煤氧化自燃的重要原因之一。为了解决龙王沟煤矿61601工作面在推采过程中存在两巷垮落困难,导致采空区漏风严重的的问题,提出了囊袋充填塑性材料技术;对塑性材料进行了配比实验,封堵漏风性能及塑性实验研究,得出了塑型封堵材料的最佳配比参数,证明了其具有良好的密封性及可塑性。现场应用结果表明,囊袋塑性封堵漏风技术达到了较好的封堵漏风效果,采空区氧气浓度最大降低了8%。该技术方案的实施,有效防治了采空区煤自燃,保证工作面安全回采,为后续工作面的开采也提供了宝贵的技术和经验。

       

      Abstract: Air leakage in goaf is one of the important causes of spontaneous combustion of coal. In order to solve the problem that the 61601 working face of longwanggou Coal Mine has two roadways caving difficulties and causes serious air leakage in goaf, the plastic material technology of bag filling is proposed. The optimum ratio parameters of plastic sealing material are obtained by the ratio experiment of plastic material, which proves that it has good sealing and plasticity. The field application results show that the oxygen concentration in goaf is reduced by 8% at most. The implementation of the technical scheme can effectively prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf, ensure the safe mining of working face, and provide valuable technology and experience for the subsequent mining of working face.
