    • 摘要: 6143工作面是花山矿首个最长的大倾角大采高综采面,安装技术难度大、安全隐患多、安装工期长。为确保安全、快速安装,充分利用切眼倾角大支架可自滑及切眼无立柱的锚网索支护宽阔空间,采用切眼内横式快速安装技术。该项技术的关键是用主副绞车牵引、横式下架,滑溜卸车,消除了传统的纵向下放安装支架需正反旋转90°,保障了大倾角斜面上操作人员安全,提高了支架安装效率。

       

      Abstract: The 6143 working face is the first and longest mechanized mining face with a large mining height in large dip seam of Huashan Coal Mine. In order to ensure safe and quick installation, the horizontal lowering quick installation technology of the support is adopted in the open-off cut by making full use of the support sliding in the large dip open-off cut, and large space has been obtained by means of bolt-mesh-anchor support without stand column for the open-off cut. The key of this technology is to use the main and auxiliary winches to pull the supports down horizontally, and the slippery unloading, which eliminates the defect of the traditional vertical lowering installation of the support which needs to be first turned and then anti-turned by 90°. This ensures the safety of the operators on the large dip slope and improves the support installation efficiency.
