    • 摘要: 赵家寨矿12209下付巷沿空留巷施工流程包括“扩巷-充填”,通过理论分析计算,确定充填墙尺寸为2.2 m,使用FLAC3D软件模拟扩巷尺寸为2.5、3.0、3.5、4.0 m时巷道位移及围岩塑性区分布情况,确定12209下付巷扩巷尺寸为3.5 m。提出4种扩巷后支护方案,确定“锚杆+锚索+液压抬棚”为最优方案,并在现场取得了成功应用。

       

      Abstract: The construction process of gob-side entry retaining in 12209 Zhaojiazhai Mine includes “expanding lane and filling”. Calculated by theoretical analysis, the size of the filling wall is determined as 2.2 m, and FLAC3D software is used to simulate the displacement of roadway and the distribution of surrounding plastic zone of 2.5 m, 3.0 m, 3.5 m and 4 m. It is determined that the size of 12209 lower lane is 3.5 m. Four kinds of support schemes after road expansion are proposed, and the “anchor + anchor cable + hydraulic lifting shed” is determined as the best solution, and successfully applied on site.
