    Reconstruction of Hydraulic Support at the End of Gangue Filling Working Face in Tangkou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 以唐口煤矿930采区矸石充填工作面实际生产为例,分析了首采面采用升降平台承载底卸式刮板输送机的机头、机尾驱动部存在的问题,提出具体的改进方法与措施;介绍了矸石充填工作面轨道巷端头支架改造方案与轨道巷端头支架新设计方案,详细说明了底卸式刮板输送机端头采用吊挂式的结构特点,系统总结了上述布置方式的优点。实践表明,改进后的方案解决了端头堆料与两巷充填问题,较好的满足了工作面生产需要。

       

      Abstract: Taking the actual production of gangue filling working face in 930 mining area of Tangkou Coal Mine as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the driving parts of the bottom unloading scraper conveyor with lifting platform on the first mining face, and proposes specific improvement methods and measures. This paper introduces the reconstruction scheme and the new design scheme of the end bracket of the track roadway in the gangue filling working face, expounds the structural characteristics of the end bracket of the bottom unloading scraper conveyor using the hanging type, and summarizes the advantages of the above arrangement. The practice shows that the improved scheme solves the problem of end stacking and two-lane filling, and better meets the production needs of the working face.
