    Development of HG-2 Rod Changing Device for Truck-mounted Drilling Rig

    • 摘要: 为解决车载钻机起下钻过程中工人劳动强度大、效率低、易造成安全隐患的难题,研制了一款全液压自动换杆装置。通过升降装置将钻杆抬升至给进机身钻杆托盘上,机身与底座、夹持器等配合车载钻机动力头完成加卸钻杆工作;操纵台安装于底座平移支腿两侧,形成了功能分割,实现了减员增效。针对现场工业性试验中动力头主动接头与钻杆对接烧扣的问题对夹持器进行了优化设计,增加了夹持器左右、上下2个自由度,构成了上扣过程中动力头主动接头与钻杆接头三自由度浮动,解决了丝扣烧结问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high labor intensity, low efficiency and easy to cause safety hidden trouble of workers in the process of drilling of truck-mounted drilling machine, a fully hydraulic automatic rod changing device was developed. Through lifting device, the drill pipe is lifted to the tray of the drill pipe of feeding drilling rig. The drilling rig, the base and the clamping device cooperate with the power head of the on-board drilling machine to complete the work of adding and removing the drill pipe. The control board is installed on both sides of the translational leg of the base, forming a functional segmentation and achieving the reduction of staff and the increase of efficiency. In order to solve the problem of the burning joint between the active joint of the power head and the drill pipe in the field industrial test, the optimal design of the gripper was carried out. Two degrees of freedom (left and right, upper and lower) of clamping device were added, which constituted three degrees of freedom of floating between the active joint of power head and the joint of drill pipe in the process of upper fastening, and solved the problem of wire fastening sintering.
