    • 摘要: 为了解决传统的清仓方式存在劳动强度大、清仓周期长、涌仓淹人隐患等问题,提出了一种煤矿井下水安全处理系统,在矿井水进入水仓之前进行处理,确保清水进入水仓;对系统中的磁混凝反应系统、精密磁分离主机、磁种回收装置、中控监视画面等进行设计,实现污水顺序处理以及安全监控报警。对系统进行了现场试验测试和经济分析,试验结果表明:每天按处理矿井水1 400 m3计算,每年可减少SS排放量2 100多t;年总节约费用478万元。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problems of high labor intensity, long clearing period and hidden danger of flooding, a safety treatment system for underground water in coal mine is proposed, which is used before the mine water enters the sump to ensure that the clear water enters the sump. The system designs magnetic coagulation reaction system, precise magnetic separation host, magnetic seed recovery device, central control monitoring screen, etc. It realizes sequential sewage treatment and safety monitoring and alarm. The test results show that: the annual discharge of SS can be reduced by more than 2 100 t based on the daily calculation of 1,400 m3 of mine drainage treatment. The total annual saving is 4.78 million yuan.
