    Supporting Technology of Roadway in Lower Seam of Short Distance Coal Seams

    • 摘要: 为了解决近距离煤层下位煤层回采巷道围岩维护的难题,以平煤四矿已16-17-23140工作面为背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟及工程实践相结合的方法对平煤四矿近距离煤层下位煤层回采巷道围岩控制技术进行研究,通过对煤柱底板应力分布力学模型进行分析,掌握了采动应力分布及传递规律,提出了以锚网索联合支护为主、注浆锚索补强支护为辅的联合支护方式。工业性试验表明,提出的回采巷道联合支护方式对近距离煤层下位煤层回采巷道围岩控制效果良好,巷道整体维护状况良好。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of surrounding rock maintenance in the mining roadway in the close seams, taking Ⅵ16-17-23140 working face of No.4 Coal Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mine as the background, the surrounding rock control technology of the mining roadway in the lower coal seam of the short distance coal seams of Pingmei No.4 Coal Mine is studied by combining theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and engineering practice. The mechanical model of stress distribution is analyzed, and the distribution and transmission laws of mining stress are mastered. The combined support mode is proposed, which is mainly supported by bolt-mesh-cable support and supplemented by grouting-anchor-cable reinforcement support. The industrial test shows that the combined support method of mining roadway has good control effect on the surrounding rock of the mining roadway in the lower close seam, and the overall maintenance condition of the roadway is good.
