    Support Scheme of Surrounding Rock in Fully Mechanized Mining Roadway with Large Section and Thick Top Coal

    • 摘要: 为解决马道头矿厚顶煤大断面综放回采巷道支护难题,调研了综放回采巷道工程情况与围岩变形破坏特征,分析了影响煤巷围岩稳定的因素。根据已有的支护理论并结合数值模拟研究了支护方案并分析了巷道围岩的稳定性。最后综合现场地质工程概况、模拟研究、理论分析及工程类比确定了厚顶煤大断面综放回采巷道的锚杆索联合控制方案,并将围岩控制方案在现场进行了实践。

       

      Abstract: To solve surrounding rock support problem of mining roadway with thick top coal and large section in Madaotou Coal Mine, the engineering situation and failure characteristics of mining roadway in fully mechanized caving panel were researched in this paper. The factors affecting the stability of the surrounding rock were analyzed. Based on the existing support theory and numerical simulation, the support scheme was studied and the stability of surrounding rock was analyzed. Site geological conditions, numerical simulation results, theoretical analysis results and engineering analogy were used to determine the bolt-net-cable support scheme of coal roadway and the field experiment was carried out.
