    • 摘要: 为解决大采高工作面双巷掘进巷间煤柱的留设问题,以某矿二盘区62101大采高工作面运输巷与辅助运输巷之间的煤柱为工程背景,采用理论分析与数值模拟的方法对巷间煤柱尺寸进行了系统的分析:首先通过极限平衡理论分析得出一次采动影响后煤柱破碎区宽度为2.52 m,进而得出煤柱极限宽度为7.98 m;其次,在理论分析的基础上通过数值模拟分析了煤柱宽度为4、6、8、10 m时巷间煤柱的应力演化规律、破坏规律及巷道围岩变形规律;综合分析理论研究及数值模拟研究结果,同时考虑工作面实际生产地质条件,最终确定巷间煤柱的宽度为8 m。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of setting up narrow coal pillar in large mining height working face of deep well, taking the coal pillar between haulage gate and gas drainage roadway of 62101 large mining height face in the second panel as the engineering background, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation are used to systematically analyze the size of the section coal pillar. The coal pillar crushing zone width is 2.52 m by using limit equilibrium theory after the first mining, and the width of pillar between roadways was determined as 7.98 m. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the stress evolution law, the elastic-plastic region variation and the roadways deformation law of different pillars with the width of 4 m, 6 m, 8 m, 10 m were studied by numerical simulation. Comprehensive analysis of theoretical research and numerical simulation results, the actual production geological conditions of the working face were taken into consideration, the width of the coal pillar was determined to be 8 m.
