    • 摘要: 随着国家实施煤炭战略性去库存去产能,煤矿转型在“双去”模式下进入发展的关键期,煤炭产业在严峻的行业形势中面临着结构深度调整、转型升级的新趋势和新挑战。为了给关停矿井的转型提供实例参考,介绍了北京木城涧煤矿“木矿千坑”转型为技术研发实训基地的设计实例,研究了矿井空间再利用建设的细节和布局,并估算了投资,为类似关停矿山的转型开发利用提供思路。

       

      Abstract: With the implementation of strategic coal destocking and capacity reduction, coal mine transformation has entered a critical period of development under the “double decrement” mode. In the severe industrial situation, the coal industry is facing new trends and challenges of deep structural adjustment, transformation and upgrading. In order to provide practical reference for the transformation of shut-down mines, this paper introduces the design example of the transformation of Muchengjian Coal Mine into technology research and development training base in Beijing, studies the details and layout of the construction of reuse of mine space, and estimates the investment, so as to provide ideas for the transformation, development and utilization of similar shut-down mines.
