    半煤岩保护层无煤柱开采的全面卸压机理及应用研究

    • 摘要: 针对卸压盲区范围内煤层将出现应力集中、法向挤压变形、瓦斯压力和含量增大,进而导致煤层开采时存在一定安全隐患的问题,提出了半煤岩保护层无煤柱开采技术,以实现下部被保护煤层的全面卸压。通过理论分析了上保护层无煤柱开采消除卸压盲区的机理,据此在沙曲煤矿22201工作面进行现场工业性试验,试验结果表明:通过半煤岩保护层无煤柱开采,实现了低透气性高瓦斯突出煤层群的全面卸压增透,3+4#下被保护层预抽瓦斯纯量、浓度分别高达18 m3/min和90%左右,表明半煤岩保护层无煤柱开采技术体系瓦斯治理效果显著。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem that the coal seam will have stress concentration, longitudinal compression deformation, gas content and pressure increase in the area of pressure relief blind zone, which will lead to some safety hidden troubles in the coal seam mining, the technology of no coal pillar for protective layer of semi coal rock is proposed to realize the comprehensive pressure relief of the lower protected coal seam. Through the theory, this paper analyzed the mechanism of eliminating the blind zone in the upper protective layer without coal pillar mining. Based on this, an on-site industrial test was conducted on 22201 working field of Shaqu Coal Mine, and the test results showed that through the no coal pillar mining of semi coal rock protective layer, the overall pressure relief and permeability improvement of coal seam group with low permeability and high gas outburst are realized and the underlying No.3+4 protected layer gas is pre-pumped with a net volume of up to 18 m3/min, and the concentration is as high as 90%, which shows that the gas control effect by adopting the no coal pillar mining technology system for semi coal rock protective layer has a significant effect.
