    甲烷氧化菌对煤样工业特性的影响试验研究

    Influence of Methane-oxidizing Bacteria on Industrial Properties of Coal Samples

    • 摘要: 为了研究甲烷氧化菌对煤样工业性质的影响,制备了不同浓度瓦斯菌液改性煤样及对比煤样,对煤样进行工业分析。利用土壤培育出甲烷氧化菌,并配制浓度分别为100%、75%、50%的菌液,倒入相同粒度和质量的煤样中,浸泡一定时间后自然风干;利用工业分析仪分析不同瓦斯菌液浓度改性煤样的工业性质,对比甲烷氧化菌作用前后煤样的挥发分、灰分、固定碳含量得到:不同浓度的菌液处理过的改性煤样,其挥发分含量均有所增加、固定碳含量均有一定程度的减少;对于GY组菌液,随着菌液浓度的升高,改性煤样挥发分的增加量以及固定碳的减少量先增加后减少。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of methane-oxidizing bacteria on the industrial properties of coal sample, we prepared modified coal samples with different concentrations of methane-oxidizing bacteria liquid and compared coal samples. The methane-oxidizing bacteria were cultivated in the soil, and the bacterial solutions with concentrations of 100%, 75% and 50% were prepared. The samples with the same size and quality were poured into the coal samples. The industrial properties of modified coal samples with different concentrations of methane bacteria were analyzed by industrial analyzer, and the volatile content, ash content and fixed carbon content of coal samples before and after the action of methane-oxidizing bacteria were compared. The results showed that the volatile content of modified coal samples treated with different concentrations of bacterial liquid increased and the fixed carbon content decreased to some extent.
